I like colours and overall style, but I don't like way how you deal with filling inside circle.
Somehow it looks like you took cup and put it on small pile of snow and some white letters.
I don't see why you used words on background (it's pretty) but in circle which should be better as background you just randomly stamp single letters?
They even don't suit in and are cut off. I love to handwriting with calligraphic pen and seeing this made me feel sorry for that letters.
Maybe if that letters had each different colour tone that could have better impact on me.
Little disturbing is also your signature (red in blue-green), I would move it little down.
